Speaker Profile.

Every engagement is built to do three things:

Change how an audience sees the question, give them language for the answer, and send them away with something they can act on.

Ladies and gentlemen, it is my privilege to introduce our speaker for this session.

Master Chimbala is a Zambian leader, communicator, broadcaster, educator and author whose work spans more than two decades of public engagement. He is the cornerstone of the Master Chimbala Ecosystem, a family of ventures across media, publishing, mentorship, consultancy and civic advocacy.

He has addressed audiences in government ministries, universities, corporate boardrooms, faith communities, development partnerships and international forums in more than twenty-five countries. His subjects include leadership and governance, communication and public speaking, public health and social protection, entrepreneurship, youth development and organisational culture.

Alongside the platform, he leads Master Chimbala Media, Inspire Radio, Master Chimbala TV and Dynamic Masterpiece, publishes books, periodicals and articles, and mentors emerging leaders through The V Leadership Fellowship, Master's Mentorship and Master's Media Lab.

Those who have heard him describe the same three things: an argument that is hard to dismiss, a story that stays with you, and a next step you can take immediately. He speaks with the conviction that words shape lives and nations, and that every audience deserves an experience that is engaging, practical, memorable and transformational.

Please join me in welcoming Master Chimbala.

Speaking areas

Leadership & Personal Growth

Character before position. What it takes to lead yourself well enough that others can follow you honestly.

Communication & Public Speaking

How ordinary people learn to say difficult things clearly, and why clarity is the most underrated form of authority.

Governance, Human Rights & Democracy

Accountability as a daily practice rather than an election-season promise, and the citizen's part in it.

Public Health

Tobacco control, health taxes and prevention — the policy arguments that keep communities alive and productive.

Social Protection

Dignity, inclusion and the design of systems that hold people steady when life turns against them.

Entrepreneurship & Innovation

Enterprise as a discipline: resilience, judgement and the long apprenticeship behind every visible success.

Youth Development

Young people addressed as contributors with a mandate, not as a demographic to be managed.

Customer Experience & Culture

Why service failure is almost always a leadership failure, and how culture is rebuilt from the inside out.

Signature talks
  1. 01

The Key Principles of Transformational Leadership

  2. 02

    Declare YES To Life

    Graduations, youth forums, faith gatherings

A keynote about agency is about the moment a person stops waiting for permission and begins to answer for their own direction.

  3. 03

    The Future Belongs to Communicators

    Universities, professionals, media teams

Why the ability to explain, persuade and listen is now the decisive professional skill, and how it is deliberately built.

  4. 04

    Building Nations Through Better Governance

    Government, development partners, civil society

Governance as service delivery: what accountability looks like on the ground, and what citizens can legitimately demand.

  5. 05

    Policy forums, health institutions, media

The evidence behind taxation on tobacco, alcohol and sugary drinks, argued for people who have to defend it publicly.

    Corporates, conferences, cultural events

On language as infrastructure, how the words leaders choose quietly decide what an organisation becomes.

How a session is delivered

Four habits every engagement keeps.

Argument first

Each talk carries one governing idea. Everything else is evidence, story or application for that idea.

Story as proof

Zambian and international cases carry the point, so the audience remembers the argument through the people in it.

Room engagement

Questions, direct address and measured humour keep a large hall attentive without turning the session into theatre.

Actionable close

Every engagement ends with what to do next — named, specific and possible for the audience in the room.

Institutional leadership

Boards, executives, permanent secretaries and senior teams carrying decisions that outlive them.

Emerging professionals

Graduates and early-career staff deciding what kind of professional they intend to become.

Policy & development communities

Partners, researchers and advocates who need arguments that survive scrutiny in public.

Faith & community gatherings

Congregations and community assemblies looking for conviction expressed with practical clarity.
